Hello! I’m Ryan. Or Conway, if there are enough Ryans in the room already.

Professionally, I’ve spent most of my career building software backends and managing people who build software backends. But over time, and especially after my time at Casetext, I’ve come to focus on the end product over all else. I enjoy finding the order in unstructured systems and building intuitive windows into them.

Personally, I’m a San Diego resident, aspiring Spanish speaker, former semiprofessional Smash Bros player, and guy who bonds with his friends over weekly gaming sessions.
